Another look at this project we’ve been working on in Blair 👇

Installed a limestone wall, continued grading work, and started getting rock in for the building pad and driveway.

Getting everything shaped correctly and draining the way it should before finishing things up.

Next Level Grading & Hardscapes is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator in the Blair, Nebraska area.

We are looking for an experienced operator who can work independently and has strong grading experience, especially finish grading. A large portion of this position involves running skid loaders for finish grading and site prep work, so attention to detail and the ability to read and maintain grade is important.

Applicants should be experienced with:
• Finish grading
• Rough grading
• Excavation
• Basement excavations
• Site prep
• Skid loader operation
• Excavator operation
• Running loaders/payloaders
• Checking grades and running lasers

This is primarily an equipment operator position, but applicants must also be willing to help with labor when needed on retaining wall and sitework projects.

Requirements:
• Experience in grading and operating equipment
• Ability to work independently on jobsites
• Ability to check and maintain grade using lasers
• Dependable and motivated work ethic

Additional Information:
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime available at times
• Work is mainly in the Blair, Nebraska area
• Class B CDL is a plus
• Our skid loaders are Bobcats with foot controls

Pay is based on experience.

Big transformation on this property in Crescent 👇

Cleared and graded the pasture area, tore out the old road and sidewalk, then brought everything back with new limestone roads and a driveway circle.

Got everything shaped for drainage and cleaned up so the property flows and functions the way it should.

This one changed the entire feel and usability of the property 👍

Fixed some drainage and built this outdoor arena at a ranch in Fort Calhoun 👇

Slopes were washing out and draining into the arena, so we cut them down, rebuilt them in lifts, and compacted everything back in so it holds.

Brought in about 10 loads of sand for the arena, regraded around the house and barn, and got everything draining the way it should.

Finished it off with seed and mat to lock it all in.

This one went from constant washouts to something that’ll actually hold up 👍

Tying all the drainage together on this one

Trenched in a couple 6” pipe to catch water from the driveway, downspouts, and yard, all running into one basin.

Getting water where it needs to go is what keeps properties from having problems later.

Not flashy work, but it makes a big difference 👍

Built this pad in Blair and got it ready for the next phase

Brought in about 13 loads of dirt, cut it in, leveled everything out, and added a swale to handle drainage the right way.

Everything compacted in tight so it’s solid and ready to build on.

Getting this stage right makes a big difference in how everything holds up long-term 👍
