Hi Doug!

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and your team for great service at our shops last week. We had the same crew at Millersport and SVC (Brian, Dylan, and I believe Dalton) were kind, professional, worked quickly and were very helpful in answering all our questions and explaining how everything worked. As a business owner, I understand how important it is to find and retain good employees, and positive feedback is often less common than negative. I hope this message of appreciation finds you and your team well :)
