This week, we had the opportunity to hear from Riley Young with Young Financial Group, powered by Redmond Mortgage, and he gave a phenomenal presentation!

Riley shared valuable information about current mortgage rates, the home-buying and selling process, and what you can expect from start to finish when financing a home. One thing that really stood out is the way Riley and his team go above and beyond to make what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process as simple and stress-free as possible for their clients.

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling and purchasing your next one, or simply have questions about today’s mortgage market, having someone knowledgeable and dependable in your corner makes all the difference.

This week at our BNI Impact Group, we got to reward two of our members for something simple but incredibly important, good attendance and showing up!

🌿 Misty with Boaz Florist generously gave away a beautiful wreath, and 🚗 Chris with Peoples Independent Bank gave away a $30 car wash certificate to two members who have been consistent and were present at our meeting!

In business, relationships are built by being present, staying connected, and consistently showing up for one another. You never know what opportunity, connection, referral (or even prize 😉 ) might be waiting for you when you walk through the door!

Showing up matters… and sometimes showing up even comes with a reward! 🏆

🎉 A HUGE congratulations to our very own Julie Whitt! 🏡🔑

Our BNI Impact Group is so excited to celebrate Julie on an incredible new chapter in her career! Julie has officially become a Real Estate Broker and has taken the leap to open her very own real estate company, Point of Beginning Realty! ❤️

We are SO proud of her! Julie is a perfect example of what it looks like to never stop growing, never stop pushing yourself, and never be afraid to chase a bigger dream.

One of the greatest things about BNI is getting to watch the people in our group grow not only their businesses, but also themselves. Seeing Julie reach this milestone is something worth celebrating!

We want to take a moment to recognize someone who does so much for our BNI Impact Group, especially behind the scenes!

David was recently recognized for reaching an incredible milestone in Thank You for Closed Business AND for bringing the most visitors to our group! 👏🏆

If you’ve ever visited BNI Impact, there’s a good chance David was one of the first people you met. He’s often the one standing at the door, greeting visitors with a smile, making sure they feel welcome, introducing them to members, and showing them around.

Those little things make a BIG difference, and they don’t go unnoticed. ❤️
