Guitar Lesson #2

Practicing my homework for the music I asked to learn: “Always remember us this way - Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper”

I am not good yet, and I don’t care. I am doing guitar lessons every Monday for two main reasons:

1 - Always loved to sing since I am a teenager and it has been a while I am not around music and I love it. Music brings emotions to me that I love. My body reacts to it. I cry, I have goosebumps, I can associate music to moments, to people, to myself….. it is beautiful!

2 - I want to stimulate an area of my brain that is not much used. I’ve never been too good with arts, manual work, etc. My talent has always been more around sports, calculus, statistics, etc. It is refreshing see my evolution using the other side and creativity.

If anyone says to you it is too late for ANYTHING, just keep going on your own journey, and be happy finding the best version of yourself. Life is just one. We will not be on the same body next time we come here and we will have to start all from scratch, so how about finding all the cool stuff that we wanna do, wanna be, learn and that makes us happy? 😊

Enjoy this song, with all its failures, I don’t care…. Lol… a special treat to my wife Sarah (she is an AMAZING singer that only I know cause she is shy to sing in public)…. Lol…. Can’t wait to have you singing this with me, babe!

History was made and you had to be there to witness it. 🐺🔥

Last week at the Northwestern Mutual Southern Region Regional Meeting, we watched Ana Andrade be recognized as Leader Intern for the entire Southern Region.

Her parents were in the crowd. Members of our district were there. And the room was filled with an entire ecosystem of financial professionals changing the future of financial planning across the nation.

We were there and the energy was unreal.

This moment is a true reflection of discipline, clarity, and belief.

I am so incredibly excited to introduce Ludmila!

After nearly 20 years in high-end design and architecture, she is pivoting to a career fueled by a massive new sense of purpose.

She has called the U.S. home for almost 19 years and is now crushing her new career.

We have been friends since we were teenagers, that is nearly 30 years of history and loyalty! I am beyond honored to move from lifelong friend to mentor as she reaches for these new heights.
