Most relief vets figure out their schedule by trial and error. Book everything, burn out, pull back too far, scramble when the income dips 📉

It took me a while to realize the vets earning $200K+ weren't working more days. They just had a system. Anchor clinics for base income, flex shifts layered on top, and actual days off that don't get negotiated away.

We put together a guide that breaks down the whole approach: how many shifts to target, when demand (and rates) peak, and the scheduling mistakes that cost you money without you noticing 💸

One thing that surprised people: a $900 shift with a 90-minute commute each way can pay worse per hour than an $800 shift down the street 🚗
