This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment to push our online sales, getting digital products to market and posting projects and ads that drive sales for our business as a whole.
The role is also a support role for our amazing happy founder, to help her stay organized and on task as she creates new content (both paid and free) to support her customers and potential customers.

- Complete Course Academy and Creator helping Clients get to Market with complete funnel for coaching and supporting our clients from Step 1 to Sales
- Prosperity Cartoons - educating children about music and environment
- Fashion - we have an amazing festival fashion line
- Movie Theaters - pivoting thru changes in world.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail (can spot a typo a mile away) and knows how to communicate in an organized and efficient way. Discretion and confidentiality are essential for this position.
This role is primarily an in-person role during regular working hours (flexible with your life and family scheduling needs) but there will be some virtual collaboration as well.
This is a part-time position that reports directly to our CEO/Founder, while also working with other key members of the team and clients.
The Project Management Assistant position will have a strong pulse on the business, staying in the know on top priorities, while focusing on the specific action items that keep the business moving forward on a daily basis.

Our Project Management Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and team. You will:
O Oversee Online Sales Funnels
O Reach out to &/or coordinate Media and PR outreach calls
O Oversee Customer Support
O Manage calendars and schedule meetings between the client and customers
O Manage social media accounts
O Prepare podcast episodes for weekly distribution
O Prepare video review for consistency with brand and uploading to relevant site
O Credit Card Dispute Resolution (chargebacks) and update systems as necessary
O Review email materials and blog posts prior to distribution for accuracy
Skills and Abilities:
O Resourceful
O Competent in Trello or other project management system
O Great at getting work done with little direction but seeking feedback along the way
O Can handle tight deadlines
O Outstanding communication skills / Ability to create strong relationships with team members, vendors, contractors, customers, and key people from other organizations
