An entrepreneur and business leader with more than two decades of experience, April has built and grown multiple successful businesses. She is the Owner and President of Efficiency-HQ powered by Bidslot, which she founded in 2002, and also owns Bend Fit Yoga in Boiling Springs. Currently serving as President of the Boiling Springs Business Association, April is passionate about helping small business owners build stronger companies, create efficient systems, and grow with confidence. Her commitment to the local business community earned her the Edward Gregory Community Leader of the Year Award in 2024.

April began mentoring because she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to build a business while figuring everything out as you go. Over the years, she's learned that sometimes one conversation, a different perspective, or having someone willing to share what they've learned can completely change the direction of a business. She enjoys helping entrepreneurs work through real challenges, recognize opportunities they may not see themselves, and turn their ideas into actionable next steps.
