It was my birthday & I wanted to spoil myself with renting out a HIGH END LUXURY car like the BRABUS G900 Rocket Kit...

I have never driven a car of this caliber in my life so it was my very first super high end luxury vehicle experience...

I've driven nice Mercedes/Lexus' before but nothing of this caliber...

It was a MASSIVE motivation tool for me...

Getting a room at a fancy hotel or going to the point of renting out a high end luxury car for the day can do wonders for your motivation and have you wanting the finer things in life...

This is one way that I motivate myself, what are some ways that help you out with your motivation?

Running a remote business/businesses has its perks...

Location freedom, financial freedom, and at times time freedom...

To be honest, I have not had a "Vacation" in over 5 years now... Everything I have done was a "Workcation"...

Let me explain...

A vacation is where you can completely relax for the time you are on vacation and have no worries or responsibilities...

A "Workcation" is only one thing and one thing only... A CHANGE of location. Thats it, nothing more nothing less.

In Dubai it was something like this...

From 9 AM to 6 PM I was free to do anything I wanted, then when 6 PM hit, I was grinding, hustling, and making sure the businesses are running smoothly and efficiently...

I wish I had the luxury of having a vacation, but at the same time, I am happy I am not limited to being where I want, when I want, with who I want & can travel whenever I want...

I have struggled with my “Dad Bod” without being a dad for quite some time 😂

Started going to the gym more, but eating better, and overall developing better habits…

But…

That was not cutting it for me and I still couldn’t lose my big belly I have developed over time due to bad habits…

Eating anything and everything, lack of consistency/discipline with the gym, doing the workouts in the gym that were easy…

On March 4th, I decided to make a change because I was sick and tired of the same old results…

I then hired a personal trainer/coach to help me get closer to my goals…

The results are CLEAR after 6 weeks and got 10 more weeks to go…

Lesson in this is - To get to your goals you NEED a coach/mentor to get you there otherwise you’ll be beating your head against the wall and be getting little results or no results at all…

I put my pride and ego to the side and invested in myself to get to that next level…

If you want to get better, improve, & grow you must invest in yourself! I mean at the end of the day you are your own most important asset so make sure to take care of and invest in yourself 💪

The one thing that can make or break your CDL-A driver hiring recruiting efforts...
In this video, I go over an example I had with a previous client of WHAT NOT to do if you want to get drivers...

Long story short, after this video you may start looking VERY DEEPLY into one of your departments to see if they are costing you tens of thousands of dollars...

I have seen this department cut corners time and time again behind peoples backs and in return it lead to trucks sitting in the yard and the trucking company losing ALOT of $$$...

‼️ Failure To Plan Is Planning To Fail ‼️

I have been using this "Goal-Getting" journal for 5 years already and the only thing it does is it HELPS ME GET CLOSER TO MY GOALS...

As crazy as it sounds, it has been a major contributor to what I have achieved so far in this life...

But, the job is NOT DONE and never will be done :-)

The goal is NOT to compete with anyone, but to ONLY compete with YOURSELF and make sure you are getting 1% better each and everyday...

Better financially, physically, socially, health wise, spiritually...

Theres much more to life than just making boat loads of $$$... You have to take care of all the other things in life that matter as well to live a meaningful and well balanced life...
