Avail PM’s first company summit is officially in the books!

We brought the team together in Miami to align on what makes us who we are. As a company in a pivotal growth stage, this was about more than just meetings and presentations. It was about building stronger relationships, defining what makes a great project manager and investing in the people who make Avail PM what it is today.

One thing became very clear: attitude will always outweigh talent alone.

We also got to enjoy some time in the Miami sun with industry partners, incredible dinners and team experiences that reminded us how special this group really is. At one dinner, our server asked if we were a family. It was honestly the best compliment we could’ve received.

We are incredibly grateful for this hardworking team and proud of what we’re building together.

From a small basement office in Lowell… to hosting our first summit in Miami. We’re just getting started.

To the moon! 🚀

Since joining Avail PM four years ago, Mike has been a cornerstone of our company’s success. Anyone who has worked with him knows that his calm demeanor, strong work ethic and dedication set the standard for every project team he leads.

volunteered at the on Friday, assembling bags of food for the Operation Nourish program.

Many low-income students rely on school meals for most of their nutrition, and weekends or breaks can mean going hungry.

Operation Nourish supports over 1,200 students monthly across 30+ schools in Greater Lowell and Lawrence with nutritious food during these times.

What a night at the 3rd annual Karaoke for a Kause! It was an honor to present on behalf of our charity partner, The Bridge Over Troubled Waters and share with our audience of 300+ attendees the incredible work this organization does every day for the at-risk youth of Boston.

Special thanks to all our sponsors and industry professionals who turned out in full support for this important cause, Together, we successfully raised $50,000 this year, bringing our cumulative three-year total to more than $100,000!
