I’m featured in the Boston Business Journal today for my :
In the summer of 2018, I started running every day. Thirty consecutive days of running turned into 100, and that turned into a year of running at least two miles every day — I recently hit day 400. When I started my run streak, I didn’t think it would be a streak; I didn’t even look forward to my runs. But as the days went on, no matter where I was in the world — Park City in the dead of winter during the Sundance Film Festival or on the scorching-hot beaches of Tulum — I found time to run, and now I enjoy it, because it’s a great time to decompress and listen to my favorite podcasts or a new album. If you’re active already, challenge yourself to do something active every day. The consistency of my run streak has helped me mitigate day-to-day agency stress and become more balanced in my work-life management. — Chris Barrett, PRServe @ Boston Business Journal
