The City of Revere is hosting a free workshop and Q&A on affordable homeownership programs to help first-time homebuyers explore available resources and take the next step toward homeownership.

Join us to learn about programs and opportunities, including:

🏠 The new Affordable Homeownership Buydown Program, offering eligible first-time homebuyers up to $75,000–$200,000 in assistance grants

💰 $10,000 in downpayment assistance for eligible Revere residents purchasing their first home in the city

🔑 Affordable homeownership unit lotteries and resales

🏦 First-time homebuyer mortgage programs, including MassHousing’s ONE+ Mortgage
