🚨 Hiring: Policy Manager at MENTOR 🚨
Positively Partners is thrilled to lead the search for a Policy Manager on behalf of MENTOR, the national expert in expanding youth mentoring opportunities. This impactful role focuses on advancing federal policy and funding to close the mentoring gap for young people across the country.

As the Policy Manager, you’ll work closely with MENTOR’s Chief Policy & Advocacy Officer to build bipartisan relationships, mobilize coalitions, and advocate for critical legislative priorities. From organizing Congressional events to amplifying youth mentoring programs, this position is central to driving meaningful change.

Qualifications:
✅ 3+ years of policy experience, Capitol Hill experience preferred
✅ Strong skills in legislative analysis and stakeholder engagement
✅ Passion for equity and youth advocacy
