This was an interesting project with F9 Productions Inc. and Tinker Homes. The roof has long cantilevers with steel beams and flush-framed I-joists

This stunning, mid-century modern home is Tinker Homes latest finished project. Everything about this custom home is designed for energy efficiency, including thermal window panes, interior thermal releasing brick wall and concrete floors, and high-grade insulation. Our senior project manager, Pat, did a great job finishing this unique home on time and with beautiful results. We hope our clients enjoy their new home!
