Do something for yourself today! In today's busy world we often forget to treat yourselves the way we treat our friends and families. We would think nothing about jumping to help out someone else. But ask yourself. What do I do for me? Working out and watching what you eat is something that affects you. It give you energy and makes you feel great about yourself. So make a promise to do something for you today!

Adding muscle to your body also adds more calorie burning too. Muscle burns more calories and will boost your metabolism so that your body will burn more energy. Now you don't need to build massive muscles like the bodybuilders do. You just need to tone up your muscles so that it will give your body a kick start to burning calories!
