Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. 💚
Check in with yourself. Check in with your people.
Rest when you need to. Ask for help when you need it.
Healing isn’t linear, and no one should have to go through hard times alone.
Let’s continue creating spaces where conversations about mental health are met with compassion, support, and understanding.

Our students did an amazing job stepping into real-world interview scenarios and building skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.
