Weight report. Still hanging around the same 10 pounds lost since starting. Hopefully I'll lose more soon.

As of yesterday, weight holding steady at 10 pounds lost. That's actually a good thing. It has not bounced up like it usually does. Is Total Health working? Stay tuned.

Yesterday my daughter shared the results of her lastest cancer screening tests. All looking pretty good, probably great. She is waiting for the doctor to review the results... Hoping for cancer free!!!

In March my doctor encouraged me to set a weight loss goal of at least 40 pounds. Today I hit the 10 pounds down milestone. But I have lost 10 pounds and more so many times it's hard to remember, they always come back. This week the Plan B supporting company announced a new stimulant free fat burner. Can't "weight' to try it. Stay tuned... Over the past 2 months my LDL cholesterol has come down using their "Total Health" daily supplements. Who knows, the older I get, the healthier I might become.

Looks like I haven't been here for a while. When I started my adult life, I had a plan. Seems like at every turn, however, my plan had to be replaced with Plan B. This week I learned my 42-year old daughter has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. That definitely was not in plan I ever had or imagined. So Plan B kicks in again. This time I give the Lord Jesus Christ complete control over the plan and the outcome. I don't even have a hint how to proceed.

So far this month 10 new customers have converted their homes to economical, safe, and effective personal care and home care products. Yancy, Pat, Kathi and Grace have added to their long term residual income. That's what Plan B is all about.
