We wanna congratulate firefighter/EMT Haley White on her award today. Most of the time, you never meet the voice on the other end of the phone when you call 911. So here is one of the voices you get to hear

Congratulations to Sgt. Haley White on receiving the National Recognition Sunshine Dispatcher Award by Gold Line Support.

The Sunshine Dispatcher National Recognition Award is a program created by Gold Line Support and proudly sponsored by GovWorx. It honors public safety telecommunicators and 911 dispatchers who bring positivity, calm, and strong leadership to their communications centers.

Gold Line Support is a nonprofit organization providing mental health, wellness, peer support, and recognition for 911 Dispatchers/Emergency Telecommunicators across the country whose organization motto is "Before the lights, Before the siren, There is a voice".

In addition to her award, Shivers Fish House Express of Star, MS donated a gift card.
Sgt. White is assigned to the Rankin County Sheriff's Department Communications Division.
