Customer called because their fridge quit cooling.

The water fill tube for the ice maker got damaged over time causing water to spill down the back eventually freezing everything up. Got the unit cooling again same day! After parts installed, unit is working great!

Customer reported a loud pop followed by the breaker tripping on their oven.

Upon inspection, we found a failed bake element along with a damaged wire terminal. The issue was resolved and safe operation was restored.
