Last Week’s Featured Speaker: Ron Webster | Webster Insurance Agency

We had the opportunity to hear from our very own Education Coordinator, Ron Webster with Webster Insurance Agency!

One of the most special parts of Ron’s presentation was hearing about the history behind Webster Insurance Agency and the family legacy that has been built over generations. What began as a family business has continued to grow and evolve through years of hard work, trusted relationships, and a commitment to serving their community.

Through each generation, the Webster family has carried forward the values that helped build the agency in the first place — taking care of people, earning their trust, and treating clients like more than just a policy number. The longevity and success of the agency are a testament to the reputation and relationships the family has worked to build over the years.

Ron also shared more about their coverage through Erie Insurance and emphasized the importance of knowledge and transparency. Their team takes the time to make sure clients truly understand their coverage, their options, and what they’re paying for — so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

It’s incredible to see what a local family business can accomplish through generations of dedication, consistency, and genuine care for the people they serve.

✨ Last Week’s 10-Minute Presenter: Angela Leipold with The Morris in Glen Elk!

We had the opportunity to learn more about Angela Leipold and one of North Central West Virginia’s most unique event venues — The Morris.

Before returning home to Clarksburg, Angela spent 25 years running high-profile special events in Washington, D.C. and across the country for the Smithsonian Institution. One of the highlights of her career was helping lead the opening of the National Museum of the American Indian, including its opening ceremony and months of private celebrations.

Today, Angela brings that incredible event experience back to her roots at The Morris in Glen Elk — a beautifully restored, industrial-chic venue featuring 10,000 square feet of exposed brick, original hardwood floors, and historic character. 🤍

From some of the area’s biggest events to unforgettable wedding celebrations, The Morris provides a truly one-of-a-kind backdrop for bringing people together.

We loved getting to hear more about Angela’s story, experience, and everything The Morris has to offer our community!
