Challenge accepted 😏

Asked me yesterday - delivered today (and it’s my last day of work for 2025).

In just a few hours, I built out funnel pages, workflows, checkouts, forms, product creation, tags, segmenting the back end, instagram DM flows, testing and showing her exactly what I’ve set up and where she needs to edit - the whole shebang.

And now all she has to do is add her own flare to some of her emails and sell it on her socials (and she can use this same funnel on repeat for her other offers)!

Because in my world, we build once sell forever 😉

(And it’s definitely not hard when you know exactly what needs to be done 🙋🏼‍♀️)

How? Because I didn’t have complicated systems that required a funnel to fix.

I didn’t chase the next shiny object (platform) just because everyone else was using it.

I didn’t need 50 different programs and tools just because some tech guru or coach said I should.

I had a very clear, very simple system:
→ Contract
→ Next steps email
→ Get sh*t done
→ Deliver incredible results
→ Communicated

That’s it.

And because I prioritised client experience and client retention above everything else?
I didn’t need to be onboarding new clients every 5 minutes.

I wasn’t stuck on this never ending wheel of constantly needing to fill my calendar because people kept leaving. My clients stayed. They referred. They came back for more.

Here’s what i see online service providers overcomplicating:
They think they need a funnel to fix their “skill” or look more professional.

But the real problem isn’t that at all... it’s retention.

You don’t have a “not enough clients” problem.

-You have a “clients don’t stay” problem.
-You have a “my systems are so complicated that I can’t deliver a good experience” problem.
- You have a “I’m chasing every new platform instead of mastering what I already have” problem.

And no funnel in the world is going to fix that.
So before you go building a funnel, ask yourself:

→ Are my current clients happy enough to refer me?
→ Is my client experience so good that people want to stay?
→ Are my systems simple enough that I can actually deliver quality work?
→ Am I complicating things just because I think that’s what “real” businesses do?

Because if your clients aren’t staying or referring, adding a funnel is just going to help you onboard people faster so they can leave faster.

Fix the client experience, master your content, simplify your systems, prioritise retention, THEN build the funnel to support that.

That’s how you create a real business that’s not just booked out, but sustainable.

Imagine being the one clients are fighting to get on a call with.

Imagine being the one who has a bank of referrals waiting even when you’re not actively looking for clients (or ghosted your socials for 3 weeks ).
