We’ve become so used to stress that many people don’t even recognize what dysregulation feels like anymore.

Constant stimulation, pressure, noise, scrolling, rushing…

I’m excited to officially share that I’ve been approved as a STEMREGEN® practitioner through Stemregen.

I first became interested in the company through the regenerative wellness and biohacking space and will be connecting with their team further at the upcoming Beyond Biohacking Conference later this month.

What stood out to me was their focus on supporting the body’s innate repair system through plant-based ingredients designed to support stem cell release, circulation, signaling, and recovery support. The research and educational material around healthy aging, recovery, and performance optimization especially caught my attention.

At Mindsweeps, my focus has always been on helping people support the nervous system and create environments where the body can function more optimally — through regulation, recovery, stress reduction, sleep, vibroacoustic therapy, movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness practices.

I’m looking forward to continuing practitioner education, personally experiencing the products, and thoughtfully exploring how regenerative wellness approaches may complement the work I already do with clients.

Day 2 and my heart is FULL 🤍

Even more beautiful souls, even deeper conversations, and connections that truly feel like they’re meant to last—both with incredible vendors and the amazing people who stopped by and trusted me with their experience.

My second talk somehow went even better than the first… which just confirmed for me that this work is exactly where I’m meant to be. The energy, the presence, the openness in the room—it was powerful.

I’m also so grateful for my helpers and my team—you made everything flow, supported every moment, and truly brought this whole experience to life. I couldn’t have done it without you 🤍

I’m already looking forward to being back in November ✨
And this is just the beginning… you’ll be seeing me popping up at more local markets all around town.

Day 1 at the Wellness Mind, Body & Spirit Expo 🤍

Not a ton of sleep going into it, but honestly… everything flowed. No rushing, no overwhelm—just feeling grounded and present and watching it all come together.

I met some amazing vendors and so many great people. A handful of you tried the vibroacoustic mat and could actually feel the shift right away—which is always my favorite part.

The squishies from The ARK Boutique were a hit 😂 and I had the best help from my daughter, who is quickly becoming quite the little saleswoman.

I also gave my 30-minute talk on nervous system regulation yesterday and it went really well. So grateful for everyone who showed up and was open to it.

Day 1 at the Wellness Expo and I’m reminded… when your nervous system is regulated, things flow differently.

Even with less sleep, there was no rush, no overwhelm—just presence.

Beautiful conversations, meaningful connections, people experiencing the vibroacoustic mat for the first time, and a surprisingly high demand for squishies 😄

You can be doing all the “right” things—
showing up, pushing forward, staying committed…

Passion isn’t loud.
It’s not chaotic, fleeting, or something you have to chase.

That’s what we’ve been taught…
but that’s not what I’ve found.

The things that are truly meant for you don’t pull you in a hundred directions.
They don’t overwhelm your system or leave you burnt out.

They steady you.

They bring you back to yourself—again and again.
Even when it’s quiet.
Even when no one’s watching.

That’s how you begin to recognize the difference
between what’s driven by urgency…
and what’s rooted in truth.

Real passion doesn’t require you to abandon yourself to hold onto it.
It aligns you.

And when you feel that—
you don’t question it.

You follow it.
