• "I'll document that process later."
• "I'll set up that system when things slow down."
• "I'll get organized after this busy season."

Later never comes.
And here's what happens instead:
• You keep winging it.
• You keep being the bottleneck.
• You keep working way more hours than you should.

Because "later" assumes you'll have MORE time and energy in the future.

Spoiler: You won't.

The best time to build systems? Before you desperately need them.

The second-best time? Right now.

You don't need everything perfect. You don't need some massive overhaul.

You just need to start.

Pick ONE process that you repeat every week. Document it. Make it a system.

Then pick another one.

That's how you stop drowning in your own business.

One system at a time.
