Haitian coffee makes an exceptionally rich, smooth, & uniquely flavored cold brew. Here’s how to make Cold Brewed Haitian coffee at home:

Combine one cup of ground coffee with 4 cups of water. A quart-size jar works great for this.

Close tightly, shake, and refrigerate for 12-16 hours (overnight is good)

Strain your cold brew- you can use a French press, chemex, or just pour through a coffee filter to strain.

Enjoy! This makes a strong cold brew that we like to dilute with milk or pour over ice.
