It’s been a minute since I’ve posted here. While I’ve been seeing my clients, for the past 2 years I’ve been working on a very special project that I’m now ready to share! I’m please to announce that I’ve designed a girls tennis wear line called Love Set Match! ❤️⭐️⚡️
I’ve played tennis most of my life and when my daughter started playing, I couldn’t find anything in her size and her style . None of the shiny sparkles or playful prints that young girls enjoy wearing as means of expressing themselves - it was just ladies tennis wear shrunken down. That’s when my husband Jim and I decided to start our own girls tennis wear line.
Designed around a core collection of tops and tutu- inspired ruffle skirts, we’ve created 3 sets in fun signature prints as well as accessories.
Even though I’ve had years of fashion experience working as a stylist and at magazines, creating a fashion line has been a huge learning experience. Everything from the design process, production, packaging . . . It’s been a pretty incredible journey. Thank you so my friends, mentors and colleagues like .dawn who have helped guide me.

What's your go-to look for the summer heat? I love dresses all year round, but especially when the temperature goes up. There's nothing easier to thrown on and feel instantly put together than a great dress. I'm always helping my clients who are busy moms find the perfect go-to dresses. There's less to think about, no separates to match and they’re easy to dress up with heels or wear casual with sneakers. And after the past year I’m even more excited to wear them 💃

A little Monday Motivation for those headed back into the office 🌈 💼
I've been helping many of my clients with the transition back into their work wardrobes. Getting dressed for work can be pretty intimidating after working from home in your sweats for the past year 😬
What fits? Has the dress code changed? Have the styles changed? It can be daunting but it can also be fun to get dressed and feel like yourself again.

Hi! 👋🏻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I've noticed some new friends recently so I thought I'd share a bit more about my background and how I started LBD. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟I started my career in fashion right out of school, landing a job in the Marie Claire fashion closet where I interned during college. After working there as an assistant editor, I worked at CosmoGirl and MORE as a Market and Accessories Editor. This means I would pick out the clothes and accessories we would feature in the magazines 👗📸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I learned A LOT about how and where to shop for everything and how to dress different body types in the 10 years I worked in magazines. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟 One day a friend asked me to help her friend to revamp her wardrobe. That was the day LBD was born! I LOVED helping her and realized I had a lot of knowledge to share. It was an incredibly rewarding experience after both of us and I knew I wanted to help more women one-on-one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟8+ years laster, I've worked with hundreds of women and have loved every minute of it! All styles, ages, sizes and professions, each client's needs are different making it a new fun challenge. Just last night I worked with a rabbi and a marine scientist. All amazing women- I love helping them discover their own unique styles and learn how to rock them 🙌🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
