Squats, squats and more squats. Try this to build a better b***y. Divide your week into two separate leg/gluts sessions.
The first one, make it a heavy squat day. Less reps, more sets, and increase weight with each set. Ex: first set- 135lbs x 20 reps (warm up set)
Second set- 185lbs x 12 reps
Third set - 205lbs x 8-10 reps
Fourth set - 225lbs x 6-8 reps
Fifth set - ........
Six set-.......

You second legs/gluts day of the week, make it a full leg workout. Keep squats to a medium weight with more reps. Do lunges, box squats, leg presses, etc....

Build strength...  physical, emotional, psychological.  Don't let anything or anyone defeat you.   Be confident, believe...
