Position: Residential Site Prep Specialist
Location: Based out of Brooksville. Will be working primarily in Hernando, Citrus, and Pasco counties.
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Prep Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of residential lot preparation, grading, excavation, utility coordination, drainage solutions, and construction site readiness. This position plays a critical role in ensuring residential building projects start on a solid foundation.
Responsibilities
* Perform site clearing, grading, and excavation for residential construction projects.
* Read and interpret site plans, surveys, and grading specifications
* Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Identify and resolve site-related issues before construction begins.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
* Work closely with builders, contractors, inspectors, and homeowners.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of grading, drainage, excavation, and utility layouts.
* Experience operating skid steers, excavators, loaders, or similar equipment.
* Ability to read construction plans and site surveys.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
* Residential development experience.
* Knowledge of stormwater management and erosion control.
* CDL license (a plus).
* Equipment maintenance experience.
