Event Hospitality Solutions is looking for experienced Bar Leads and POS Support staff for upcoming events in California.
Event Dates: September 22–29, 2026
Locations: San Diego, CA & Vallejo, CA
BAR LEADS
We’re looking for strong, hands-on leaders who can keep high-volume festival and event bars organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Load-in / Load out and distro of product and equipment (buid and strike)
Lead and support bartenders and barbacks
Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and product levels
Monitor responsible alcohol service and ID compliance
Coordinate restocks and communicate operational needs
Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory
Troubleshoot issues and keep service moving during peak volume
Ideal candidates:
Previous festival, concert, or high-volume bar experience
Prior lead/supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
POS SUPPORT
We’re looking for tech-savvy team members to support POS operations throughout the event.
Responsibilities include:
Set up and break down POS equipment
Program and update menus as needed
Troubleshoot terminals, printers, connectivity, and payment issues
Support bartenders and managers with POS questions
Monitor equipment and assist with replacements or resets
Communicate technical issues quickly to operations leadership
Ideal candidates:
Experience with Square, Billfold, atVenu, or similar POS systems
Comfortable troubleshooting technology in a live-event environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Festival, venue, or F&B experience preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
