The feeling of being “activated” is called a trigger. If you’ve been observing your behavior and what “activates” you, you can then trace the root to an important core value that you believe in. Identifying and acknowledging your core values greatly benefits how successful your relationships are. Take the time to get to know yourself.

I’ve worked with a lot of entrepreneurs who have experienced imposter syndrome, including myself. The thought that creeps up and says, “you are a fraud,” doubts your abilities to succeed. In business, it is important to have a purpose outside of making money, a “why” to help others and/or provide a solution for others to keep your internal dialogue stable, grounded and working together for your success.
