The more life unfolds before me, the more I lean on one thing like a lifeline.

Gratitude.

I get it — gratitude can seem like a trendy buzzword these days.

Easily tossed around.

Even more easily discarded when life throws us a curveball.

But, for me, it's been a steadfast anchor through thick and thin.

There's a quote by Melody Beattie that I think does a beautiful job of showing just how impactful practicing active gratitude can be:

"Gratitude makes sense for our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

For me, this quote highlights how gratitude influences every phase of our lives.

It helps us see how our past — the lessons learned, the challenges faced, and the growth achieved — shaped who we’ve become.

It grounds us in the present, reminding us of the people, experiences, and blessings that truly matter.

It can also fuel our excitement for the limitless possibilities the future may bring.

Whenever I intentionally take time to practice gratitude, I find myself filled with a deep sense of peace, contentment, and joy. Even a heightened level of exhilaration at times.

When I’m in that mind and energy space, I show up differently.

It's a powerful ripple effect that uplifts not just me, but those around me as well.

It feels like a 10’ aura of pure energy protecting me and allowing me to serve in a beautiful way.

It’s kept me grounded even in my most successful moments.

It’s allowed me to StandOut even when I wasn’t trying to.

I want this for you too!

There’s something about late night flights out of JFK into BUF that love to be canceled. We all have certain flights or connections that we try to avoid and this is one of those flights that loves to remind me of why every single time. 🛫

For most, being stuck at the airport with closed restaurants, metal gates over storefronts, and Jamba Juice as your only nutrition doesn’t paint fun. Being stuck at JFK with Elaine Lou is another story.

In fact, she’s the reason I have an Instagram account. After many inquiries of people asking to tag me, she couldn’t take it and literally said “hand me your phone”.
And viola…📱

She’s a past mentee, a peer, a friend, and always a great time.

As a Buffalonian, you anticipate snowfall and the occasional snow storm. However, it has been a week of high winds, lake effect snow and daily school closings. Thank goodness for our NFL team, The Buffalo Bills who have kept us in great spirits due their amazingness and also kicking off the playoffs with a WIN! ❤️🏈💙

All of this is a reminder of why I absolutely love what I do, which is teaching people how to increase their sales conversions. It drives more revenue into your business, allows you to make a greater impact, and puts time back in your calendar.

That time back in my calendar is needed on weeks like this and when it’s not a week like this, balance is just as important to me. When you understand the psychology of sales and numbers, it allows you to be much more efficient in business. ✔️

One of the easiest ways to increase your sales conversions is by having more effective sales conversations. Happy Holidays!

As 2023 winds down, I’d love to express my heartfelt gratitude for a beautiful year. I’ve learned so many things and am excited to reflect and share after the new year.

It’s important that I honor the rhythm of my life and what fuels me. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always enjoyed downtime as the year closes out and we welcome the new year. I love reflection, a good audit of everything, and wrapping up anything that doesn’t feel one hundred percent aligned.

I love having my littles home, playing in the snow, seeing my parents, catching up with friends, and enjoying all of the little things that light me up.

Taking time to recharge is everything and allows me to show up as the strong, smart, and strategic sales goddess that I am and serve YOU in an even bigger way in 2024!

May your holiday season be full of the little things that light you up as well.

To my husband, your unwavering support and pedestal you keep me on. My children, your unconditional love propels me to greatness. Everything I do, I do for you.

🙏 Family & Friends:
To my incredible family and friends, your love fuels my journey. From the quiet moments to the triumphs, your support has been my anchor. Thank you for being my constant, my fire, and my inspiration.
