Every year, thousands of eligible voters miss their chance to vote, not because they didn't care, but because they missed a deadline they didn't know existed.

Today we're launching a new Sunday series: Civic Education with The Cognitive Campaign Collective. Each week, we'll break down one piece of the system that makes democracy actually work, no politics, no spin, just the facts you need to make sure your voice counts.

First up: voter registration deadlines for the November 3, 2026 general election, all 50 states and Washington, DC, in one place.

A few things worth knowing:

Deadlines range from as early as October 2 in South Carolina to Election Day itself in 22 states and DC, which allow same-day registration. North Dakota doesn't require registration at all.

If you don't know your state's deadline, you're not alone, and you're not out of options yet. Check it, mark your calendar, and if you know someone who's on the fence about registering, tag them below or send this their way.

Democracy is infrastructure. It only works if people use it.

One hundred days until Election Day.

Here is what a hundred days is, and is not. It is enough time to build a winning operation. It is not enough time to build one twice, because the first version was improvised.

Campaigns lose in the final hundred days for reasons that were set in motion long before them. A voter file that was never cleaned. A field program stood up in a hurry. A finance operation that depends entirely on the candidate's calendar. A rapid-response system that gets built the morning of the first attack instead of the week before. None of those failures are visible in a poll. All of them decide the margin.

We say it constantly because the field keeps proving it true: campaigns are infrastructure, not theater. The speeches and the ad buys sit on top of a load bearing layer of systems and people doing unglamorous work correctly, every day. Strong infrastructure is quiet. It is also the difference between a campaign that peaks in September and one that closes in November.

So here is the only question worth asking with a hundred days on the clock. Not "Is our message landing?" Ask "What is our operation actually standing on?"

The campaigns that win these hundred days, and the organizations that outlast them, will be the ones that treated infrastructure as the strategy from the start.

One hundred days. Build accordingly.

The Cognitive Campaign Collective just won our first federal race. We're excited to announce that we won it by 20 points.

Our firm was honored to lead full field operations for the Analilia for Congress campaign. On Monday, Analilia Mejia was sworn in as Congresswoman for NJ-11, and we couldn't be more proud to have been part of this historic moment. Our CEO, Monica Taylor McCoy, was honored to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

This race wasn't just a win. It was a statement.

We built and deployed a field program rooted in deep community organizing, relentless voter contact, and a team that believed in this candidate and this district from day one.

The result? A 20-point margin that sent an unmistakable message about what people-powered field operations can do.

Congratulations to Congresswoman Analilia Mejia on a historic win!

Rev. Jesse Jackson built the architecture of modern political coalitions, expanded who gets to belong in American democracy, and proved that hope, to mean anything, has to be operational.

At The Cognitive Campaign Collective, his work is the foundation ours stands on.

We've shared a statement from our CEO, Monica McCoy, on his passing and what his legacy demands of all of us who do this work.

Happy National Entrepreneurship Week!

The Cognitive Campaign Collective is proud to announce the launch of the Global Supplier Diversity Council. The Global Supplier Diversity Council is our new platform for advancing entrepreneurial policy at the local, state, federal, and global levels.

For the past eight years, the Global Supplier Diversity Conference has been a cornerstone of our work, built on three pillars: educating suppliers, activating contracts, and sustaining business relationships. Under the leadership of Monica McCoy, the conference has opened doors for countless founders and created meaningful progress in supplier diversity.

Now, we're taking the next step. The Global Supplier Diversity Council will transform the stories, insights, and real-world challenges shared by entrepreneurs into actionable policy that strengthens bottom lines and creates systemic change.

This evolution reflects our commitment to ensuring that diverse entrepreneurs aren't just heard, but that they're shaping the policies that govern how business gets done in America and beyond.

We're grateful to every founder, speaker, sponsor, media partner, and supporter who has been part of this journey. Your voices matter, and through the Council, they will drive the policy solutions our entrepreneurial community needs.

Here's to a new era of advocacy, impact, and opportunity.

Healthcare policy is a strategic force that shapes access, quality, and health outcomes. Policy decisions determine who receives care, where resources flow, and whether inequities are reduced or reinforced.

The Cognitive Campaign Collective (CCC) approaches healthcare policy as a human-centered, data-informed system that requires intentional design and active engagement. Persistent disparities are not caused by a lack of solutions, but by gaps in engagement, implementation, and accountability.

Access to care, quality of coverage, and cultural competence are all policy outcomes shaped by decisions around coverage, reimbursement, workforce, and community engagement. Sustainable equity requires more than reform; it demands strategic engagement, targeted investment, and community-informed design.

CCC partners with healthcare, health-tech, and public sector leaders to turn policy into measurable equity-driven impact.

Our Founder and Managing Director, Monica Taylor McCoy, is honored to be speaking with students at Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom on the key challenges and opportunities shaping today’s global labor market.

From workforce mobility and demographic shifts to automation, public health, and political realignment, the global labor market is no longer a domestic issue. It is a policy, economic, and governance challenge that transcends borders.

Through The Cognitive Campaign Collective, our work sits at the intersection of policy, politics, and people while helping governments, institutions, advocacy organizations, and mission-driven companies navigate labor transitions with clarity, equity, and strategic foresight.

Engaging with the next generation of global leaders reinforces a core belief that the future of work will be shaped not only by markets, but by values, policy choices, and leadership courage.

Monica looks forward to a meaningful dialogue with Manchester Met students and faculty and to continuing conversations with partners around the world who are preparing for what’s next.

Today, our founder, Monica McCoy, is excited to announce the launch of The Cognitive Campaign Collective. After years of working across campaigns, advocacy, and leadership spaces, Monica kept seeing the same thing: good people doing important work, but without the kind of strategy that truly connects with real people.

The Cognitive Campaign Collective is our way of changing that by helping candidates, organizations, and movements lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

As we look forward to the 2026 midterm election cycle, our firm is excited to partner with candidates and organizations who want to do this work with integrity and heart.

Thank you for being a part of our journey.
