Position/Location: Concrete Laborers / Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

Applicant must be able to:
• Perform manual labor
• Operate tools including, but not limited to, pneumatic hammers, drills, circular saws, and tampers
• Understand and act upon written and verbal instructions

Workplace Conduct:
• Commitment to upholding a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others
• Carry out work with 100% integrity and professionalism
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with field and office personnel

Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
• Construction experience a plus

Physical Requirements:
• Engaging in physical activities that require significant use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
• Work long shifts
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Must have good hand-eye coordination
• Able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety work boots
• Able to walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to communicate clearly on telephone
• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment drug screen
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check to work on government projects

Laborers Starting at $17 an hour! Paid weekly!

- Work hours are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri, some Saturdays
- 401k with employer match
- Ability to earn Paid Time Off
- Culture of safety and pride in workmanship
- Experience required for Carpenter and Foreman positions

Candidates will be performing job duties including, but not limited to; grading, tying reinforcing, building and dismantling concrete forms and scaffolding, operating power tools, and placing and finishing concrete. Heavy lifting required. This work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Must have own transport.

• Direct and train employees in essential construction tasks
• Lead crew in safe construction practices
• Read Plans
