Thank you all so much for contributing to our "adopt a bill" fund! Since our last post, we've been able to take care of bills for 4 families! We've been helping out with storm cleanup and several people have asked if we need anything. We've already been operating at a reduced rate (or even no charge for home access) and would love to be able to do even more, but we have overhead- insurance, equipment, fuel, vehicle maintenance, etc... So, if you'd like to make a contribution, then we will apply it directly toward our customers' bills and will be able to continue to operate at a reduced rate for those affected by Helene. Consider it "adopting a bill"- pay what you can, so they don't have to and we can keep serving.
