So excited (if a little bit slow in expressing it!) about the official online launch of Ambrose Consulting ! ! !

There is no way to convey all of the ways that knowing and working with Tamiko Ambrose has influenced my life, my work, my analysis, and my practice of living more deeply into equity, justice, and authentic being. After a couple of decades of friendship, the chance to hold space together with Tamiko as facilitation partners on a regular basis for the past six years has been such an incredible gift in my life. We have spent hours and days in conversation, planned dozens of agendas, edited hundreds of pages of google docs, built so many altars, shared moments of revelation, made mistakes and learned from them, drunk gallons of coffee, and navigated some of the most challenging and beautiful collective work that I have ever been a part of. Tamiko's work and presence are powerful, transformative, unique, and beautiful. She brings into everything she does deep skill, wisdom, and experience with storytelling, popular education, cultural organizing, facilitation, and community-building.

I am so excited to see where this next phase of life and work take her and can't wait to see what collaborations lie ahead of us. Love you Tamiko Ambrose ! 💖

Change is constant. Successful nonprofits must evolve, respond, and adapt to changing community needs and a rapidly changing world while maintaining strategic focus. Responsive and adaptive nonprofits approach planning as an ongoing, dynamic process driven by evaluation and data and inclusive of a wide variety of community perspectives. During this interactive session, you will gain an understanding of organizational change, practice using key tools for participatory planning and strategic decision-making, learn how to gather and incorporate community data to inform planning, and build skills to create the plans that every nonprofit needs to have in place to succeed. You will leave with an outline of next steps to become more adaptable and strategic in your organization’s work. ​ This course is appropriate for representatives from organizations of any size or developmental stage, whether you are new or experienced in the nonprofit field.
