Sourcespoon After many months of trial and error and multiple changes, the on line program was finally created.

The development of Sourcespoon.com began when a group of hospitality minded managers from all walks of restaurant discovered that no matter how much money, time and resource were invested in restaurant training programs, the staff still struggled to learn critical product, process and policy information. The team felt that most training systems posed inconsistent challenges centered around the ina

bility to successfully manage, test and communicate on a daily basis. Joined by a couple of inexpensive “genius” technical programmers, the “blueprint” team worked closely with several restaurants listening to ideas and feedback from waiters, cooks and management. Our goal is to allow access to all necessary standard and forever changing information, measuring accountability, integrity and accuracy. Training, communication and reporting via sourcspoon permits information to flow throughout the entire restaurant, allowing all staff, management and owners around the clock access to monitor change and progress.
