++ATTENTION FNB BANK CUSTOMERS++
When using the APP within FNB, if you search for AUTOPAY, some people are having the payment to Trigg Trash show up twice. THIS is an issue with FNB's APP. Yesterday, we spent the majority of the afternoon on the phone trying to find out why a customer was billed twice. They were not. After hours of phone time with our billing company and our credit card processor, it was discovered the issue is with the FNB app. It was not charged twice, and it shows on statements correctly. Thank you and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Monday pick ups. Some folks towards the end of Mondays routes will be picked up Tuesday. The land fill is not open today and the load on the holiday weekend has been heavy. We will empty the trucks and head out in the morning when the landfill opens. 👍🙏 Thank you!!!
