uals and organizations. Our mission is to help you conquer challenges, nurture emotional intelligence, and lead authentically. With Vision Fusion, you'll find the support and guidance to turn your visions into reality. Our founder's journey, Chairty Adams, began with a 2nd-grade entrepreneurial calling in rural Nebraska. She managed motherhood while embracing emerging technology like dial-up internet, giving rise to her first business. After a decade of balancing entrepreneurship with family and farming, she sold the business and delved into community and economic development, leading projects like forming a Community Foundation and developing city parks. Yet, the frustration of declining community meeting engagement revealed the power of facilitation. Her first professionally facilitated meeting opened her eyes to its importance, and she enrolled in a ToP (Technology of Participation) facilitation course to share this secret. Facilitation transformed her meetings, inspiring her to empower more groups with her services as a facilitator and trainer. Her journey reflects her commitment to helping others and supporting her community.

True leadership isn't just about reaching the finish line—it’s about how we get there and who we bring with us.

Dr. Jessie Piper is currently leaning into a powerful question: How can we work more thoughtfully with our teams and create truly meaningful engagement with our community?

To answer that, she’s doing more than just planning a meeting—she’s building a bridge.

Jessie is hosting the ToP Facilitation Methods training at Washburn University. She has secured the space and is bringing her team to the table, but she’s also left room for you.

This training is designed for leaders who want to move past "surface-level" cooperation and dive into:

>>>Structured Collaboration: Methods that make it possible for staff and community members to actually think together.

>>Inclusive Engagement: Techniques that ensure community voices aren't just heard, but are integrated into the path forward.

>>Thoughtful Outcomes: Moving away from "doing for" the community and moving toward "creating with" them.

If you’ve been looking for a way to make your community engagement more impactful and your internal teamwork more fluid, this is your invitation.

Join Dr. Piper and a cohort of purpose-driven leaders at Washburn. Let’s learn how to make the path to collaboration possible for everyone involved.

Details on dates and how to grab one of the remaining spots are in the comments!

As a former community and economic developer, I often hear from visionary leaders who have successfully jumped in with both feet but have reached that critical question: "Now what?"

I recently visited a project in Wood River, Nebraska, that defines "living history." A dedicated group is saving Dutch Barns built three years before George Washington was born. These structures traveled from 20 miles south of the Statue of Liberty to find a new home in the Midwest. I stood in living history.

Visionaries are great at the "jump," and I love that energy—it’s how I’ve operated my entire life. But to move from "holding it together by whatever means necessary" to true sustainability, you need three things:
--Clarity of purpose.
--Alignment across the team.
--Commitment to a strategic path.

I’m honored that I had the opportunity to visit this project and connect them to a network of people that can help with them with "Now What."

I enjoy working with groups who need conversations to develop actionable plans. When plans are documented and structured, others can step in to support, grow, and take the project to the next level.
