If you're a founder struggling with what needs to change… You might not need more ideas, but fewer, better ones.

Most founders aren’t lacking ideas. They’re lacking clarity, direction, and the right community.

We've had a lot of conversations with founders lately and one topic keeps coming up. They want to grow their business but don't know how or don’t have time to do more!

To support that, we've built a new offering at Won75, which is called Elevation Hub.

A curated space for founders to grow with clearer strategy, stronger direction, and alongside like-minded people.

It’s for business owners building with purpose, not just chasing profit, especially those operating in health and wellness.

Nothing overcomplicated, just a place for:

• Good conversations with like-minded founders
• Growing without compromising your values
• Practical guidance from people who have helped other businesses grow

You’ll be supported directly by our founders (Samed Yadegari and Kareem Khalifeh), who bring nearly 20 years of experience, each, with launching startups and scaling global brands.

We're launching the Elevation Hub to help founders gain more direction when things feel messy, and as of today we're opening it up to a small group first. If you’re curious, comment "Elevate" or send us a DM, and we’ll share details with you directly.

It’s time to bring the same level of strategic thinking global brands rely on to small, purpose-driven businesses.

Most marketing falls into one of three models:

🔹 Traditional
🔹 Classified
🔹 Permission

It’s that last one that changes everything.

Permission marketing is when people choose to hear from you. They subscribe to your newsletter. They follow you on social. They opt in.

And because they’ve given you permission, the dynamic shifts. You’re not chasing attention. You’ve been invited in.

In a world full of noise, permission is the difference between interrupting… and being welcomed.

If you’d like to explore how permission-based marketing could work for your brand, let’s have a conversation 💬

The Strategy Paradox: A good strategy doesn’t reduce your chances of failure. It actually increases them.

Because a real strategy is a bet. Safe strategies aren’t really strategies. They’re consensus, common sense, or copy-paste thinking.

The point of strategy is to make a decision others won’t. To take a path your competitors would hesitate to walk. To choose the option that feels risky because that’s the only way you create separation.

Michael Raynor said it best: “Strategies with the greatest possibility of success also have the greatest possibility of failure.”

Here’s a simple test we like to use: if the opposite of your strategy doesn’t make sense, then it’s not a real strategy.

Example: “We make great, healthy food.”
What’s the opposite? “We make terrible, unhealthy food”?

That’s not a strategy. That’s just stating the obvious.
Real strategy creates separation. And separation always carries risk.

Otherwise, it's just a good intention in a nice PowerPoint.

💬 When was the last time you made a decision that felt risky but intentional?

Which platforms do people trust most for health content? The answer might surprise you!

According to a new KFF survey of nearly 1,300 US adults in August of this year, here are social media platforms that people refer to when it comes to health advice:

📊 TikTok ranks the highest, with 40% of users saying they trust most or some health-related posts

📊 YouTube comes in close at 39%

📊 Reddit follows at 35%

❌ Facebook and X land at the bottom, with around 60% of people saying they’re skeptical of what they see

For health and wellness brands, this matters. Because building trust online isn’t just about what you say; it’s about where you say it.

If your audience already feels skeptical of a platform, your message has to work twice as hard. But if they come in with more trust, your content has a stronger chance of landing.

It’s a reminder that strategy isn’t just about creating content. It’s about placing it where your audience is open to believing it.

💬 Which platform do you trust most when it comes to health content?

Pinterest has seen a surge in Gen Z male users, now making up over a third of its active base. And no, it’s not just cars and gaming.

Think skincare, Pilates, parenting. Wholesome vibes all around.

To keep the momentum going, Pinterest just launched the Pinterest Man hub — a curated space for trending interests and personal style. (Still think they missed an opportunity with “Pinterest Mancave,” but we’ll let it slide.)

Why should you care?

If men are part of your target audience, especially in the health and wellness space, this is a growing corner worth tapping into. Your content could show up exactly where they’re already looking for ideas and inspiration.

We often think “most businesses don’t have a strategy” or even, “my business doesn’t have a strategy.”

But if you’re making decisions about your business, you already have one.

The real question is whether it’s conscious or not. Most of the time, it’s unconscious.

Decisions weren’t chosen from a clear set of options. They happened on autopilot. They didn’t even feel like decisions at all.

Sometimes they come from habit, emotion, or simply the way things have “always been done.” And because they weren’t intentional, they don’t connect. One choice doesn’t build on another, and the big picture stays blurry.

That’s how you end up running your business on autopilot.
Think of strategy as bringing the unconscious into the conscious. It’s about knowing why you’re making each choice, and how those choices connect to get you where you want to go.

Mindful decisions move you forward. Autopilot decisions keep you in place.

💬 What’s one decision you’ve made recently that was fully intentional?

Have you ever heard of the Von Restorff Effect? It comes from a 1933 experiment by psychologist Hedwig von Restorff, who gave participants a list of items that were mostly similar, except for one that stood out.

And sure enough, people were far more likely to recall the one that stood out and broke the pattern.

It’s the contrast. The disruption. The thing that doesn’t quite fit.
Our brains are designed to spot difference. We’re drawn to the thing that breaks the pattern.

Why it matters: most consumers are scrolling through a sea of sameness. Ads, offers, emails, products. It all starts to fade into the background.

But when your message shows up differently, it cuts through.
People notice. And more importantly, they remember.

As Seth Godin said: “In a crowded marketplace, fitting in is failing.”

So if you find yourself softening your edges just to fit the mold… maybe pause. Your difference might be your strongest asset.

Wellness isn’t just a product anymore; it’s the experience.

More people see wellness as something they do daily, not just something they buy. From massage and yoga to cold plunges, aromatherapy, and vitamins, self-care is becoming more layered and routine.

The future is synergy. It’s not just what you sell, it’s how you connect it to people’s lives in ways that feel complete and complementary.

Think of a spa offering not just treatments but therapy lamps and guided breathwork. Think of a beauty brand partnering with outdoor activity companies to create rituals that go beyond skin deep.

If you’re building in this space, the question is: Are you selling isolated solutions? Or are you building experiences that meet people’s deeper needs for care, connection, and a sense of wholeness?

It’s easy to make a product and then spend all your energy trying to sell it … but the brands that grow sustainably do it differently. They start with people!

What do they need? What’s missing? Where are they stuck?

They build from that place. So when the offer shows up, it fits. It feels right. It feels like it was made for them. Because it was.

In wellness, this matters more than ever. People are bombarded with options. They’re not looking for more noise.

They’re looking for brands that see them, understand them, and actually solve something that matters.

Don’t find customers for your products. Find products, services and experiences for your customers. And that’s the difference between being just another option and becoming the obvious choice.

Strategies don’t fail because of competition but because of self-delusion. We lie to ourselves. We want to believe we’re different, special, better. When in reality, we’re just… similar.

We've been experimenting and implementing AI not just as a tool for output, but as a mirror. A brutally honest partner that calls out our blind spots 👀

Here’s a prompt we keep coming back to:
“I want you to act as my honest, direct strategic partner. I’m going to share what I believe about my business. Challenge me wherever I’m not being objective, where I’m flattering myself, or where I’m letting myself off the hook. Be brutal if needed. I’d rather be uncomfortable now than irrelevant later.”

When used well, AI isn’t just for ideas. It can be a self-interrogation tool too. A way to pressure test your thinking, so your strategy holds up in the real world. Not just in your head.
Give it a shot and tell us what you discover.

We’d love to hear about your experience 💬
