Hi everyone! My name is Autumn, and I'm the owner of Happy Cleaners. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why I started this business.

I'm first and foremost a wife and mama, and I know just how busy life can get. Between work, kids, appointments, cooking, laundry, and everything else that comes with everyday life, it can feel like there's never enough time in the day.

One thing I've always genuinely loved is cleaning. There's something so rewarding about taking a space that feels overwhelming and turning it into one that feels peaceful, fresh, and cozy again. A clean home isn't just about appearance, it can make a huge difference in how you feel mentally and emotionally.

I know what it's like to look around your home and feel stressed because there's simply no time or energy left to get caught up. That's one of the biggest reasons I started Happy Cleaners. I want to give people a chance to breathe again. I want families to spend less time worrying about chores and more time making memories, relaxing, and doing the things they love.

Starting this business has also been a dream of mine because I wanted to build something for myself and my family. Something I could pour my heart into while serving others in a meaningful way.

Happy Cleaners is looking to add a dependable, hardworking team member for as-needed deep cleaning jobs. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently.

Pay:
💲 $30 - 40/hour based on experience, performance, and ability to meet Happy Cleaners' quality standards
⏰Most deep cleans take 6-9 hours
🚗 Additional travel pay for jobs up to 1.5 hours away

Requirements:
✨ Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
✨ Must be available to work weekends when needed.
✨ Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
✨ Must be willing to travel up to 1.5 hours for scheduled jobs.
✨ Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed deep cleaning.
✨ Must be dependable, punctual, honest, and have a strong work ethic.
✨ Must have excellent attention to detail and take pride in doing quality work.
✨ Must be comfortable working in homes with children and pets.
✨ Must have a smartphone for communication and scheduling.
✨ Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
✨ Must be able to pass a background check.
✨ Must complete a pre-employment drug screening and may be subject to random drug testing during employment.

Can I tell you something?

Your home does not define your worth.

I've cleaned homes that looked like they hadn't been touched in months, and I've cleaned homes that were already immaculate. What I've learned is this: you can never judge someone's life by the condition of their home.

Sometimes a messy house is the result of illness, grief, surgery, depression, anxiety, ADHD, raising children, working long hours, or simply trying to make it through the day.

And sometimes the cleanest homes belong to people carrying burdens no one ever sees.

We all have seasons that are harder than others.

So if you've been putting off asking for help because you're embarrassed, please don't.

When I walk into your home, I'm not there to judge you. I'm there to help lift a little weight off your shoulders and give you one less thing to worry about.

My prices aren't based on "just cleaning." They're based on the time, physical labor, attention to detail, travel, supplies, equipment, business expenses, taxes, insurance, and the quality of service I provide.
