I’ve been thinking about what it really means to want more for yourself.

I’m learning that wanting to grow doesn’t mean I’m unhappy with where I am.

I can be proud of what I’ve built.
Grateful for what I have.
And still give myself permission to explore what might be next.

For a long time, so much of my energy has gone toward helping others, building a career, leading, and taking care of the things that matter to me.

None of that has to disappear for me to make room for myself, too.

Maybe growth isn’t always about changing your life.

Sometimes it’s simply being willing to ask yourself, “What else might be possible for me?”

And being open enough to see where that question leads.

🍂 Hello, September. A new month. A new season. A new opportunity to grow.

As August comes to a close, I’m choosing to look back with gratitude instead of judgment.

Grateful for the wins.
Grateful for the lessons.
Grateful for the uncomfortable moments that challenged me to think differently, grow stronger, and become more intentional about where I’m headed.

Personal development has taught me something important: we don’t have to wait for a new year to create a new beginning.

September can be the reset. ✨

A chance to recommit to yourself.
To change the habits that aren’t serving you.
To think bigger.
To lead yourself differently.
And to stop putting off the person you know you’re capable of becoming.

So I’m entering September with more intention, bigger goals, and an open mind for what’s possible. 💛

🦋 Believe in what’s possible for you.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned through personal development is that we have more choice than we sometimes realize.

We may not get to choose every circumstance, challenge, or unexpected turn, but we do get to choose what we focus on, what we believe, and how we move forward.

I’m learning to choose the things that bring more peace, purpose, joy, growth, and possibility into my life. And sometimes that means letting go of old ways of thinking that no longer fit who I’m becoming.

Growth isn’t about becoming someone else.

✨ It’s about believing in who you’re capable of becoming.

So today, ask yourself: What would you do differently if you truly believed something MORE was possible for you?

Gratitude changes the way we see everything. 💜

It’s easy to focus on what still needs to be done, what hasn’t happened yet, or where we think we should be.

But today, I’m choosing to notice what’s already here.

The people I love.
The lessons I’ve learned.
The opportunities in front of me.
And even the challenges that have pushed me to grow.

One thing personal development continues to teach me is that gratitude and growth can exist at the same time. I can be grateful for where I am while still being excited about where I’m going. ✨

So this Friday, I’m slowing down long enough to appreciate the journey—not just the destination.

✨ PHOENIX, AZ — A TRIP OF FIRSTS & A TOTAL GAME CHANGER! ✨

So many FIRSTS packed into one long weekend! 🌵☀️
🔥 Visiting Phoenix, Arizona
🔥 Experiencing 117° dry heat (yes…117! 😅)
🚘 Riding in a driverless Uber — crazy and so cool!
🌴 Experiencing Rainforest Cafe with the family
✈️ Taking a spontaneous long-weekend family adventure without having every little detail planned out!

But the biggest “first” wasn’t something we did…it was what this trip represented for me.

Growth. Change. Opportunity. And taking the leap.

This weekend was a total game changer—not only for me personally and for my family, but for Abundance Beyond LLC and the vision I have for what I'm building.

Sometimes growth requires us to stop trying to control every detail and simply surrender to where the journey is taking us.

I took the leap.
I showed up.
I stepped outside my comfort zone.

And I came home even more excited about what’s ahead. ❤️
