It pains me that I even have to expose what’s been going on behind the scenes with my business but I can’t stand the constant interruptions any longer. Every week I am constantly getting phone calls, tags, emails and inquiries from other businesses.

Several months ago I began getting emails from people requesting my product in to which I investigated and a company from South Korea stole my logo and indeed put a product in Costco! Upon further investigation a girl in New Braunfels started a company under my same name without a business ID but really seemed to be branding herself oddly like me.

To which I (Rachel) said, “They obviously DO NOT KNOW ME.” My lawyer has done a phenomenal job of taming this giant.

We are indeed THE one ☝🏼 and only Cloud Nine Cotton Candy Cart Trademarked in the state of Texas! Licensed and insured.

If you see another business imitating me… please report them. They are not me. And more importantly they haven’t poured the time and resources to build a business of this magnitude and it’s incredibly disrespectful to my clients to which I value deeply.
