We have been diligently working on scaling up production. Got a nice package in the mail yesterday of sample batches of our product from our perspective co-packer. We will definitely be firing up the grill in the smoker this weekend to ensure these match our recipe and quality standards.

Took a HelloFresh turkey and black bean chili to the next level by adding in the rest of our smoked pulled pork from Saturday. The smoky flavor from the pork is an excellent pairing with the chipotle and cumin in the Tex-Mex paste if it comes with the HelloFresh. They should package and sell that s**t separately. It is absolutely delicious.

Saturday was a beautiful sunny day in Ohio. So we had to fire up the smoker. We had a butt in the freezer from Kishman's IGA that we got on sale a few months back  needed used and Hey Grill, Hey by Susie Bullochr it. Saw a video from Hey Grill, Hey by Susie Bulloch where she butterflied the pork for quicker cooking. We seasoned ours with a real generousMasterbuilt the rooster tail AP and let it rip on the Masterbuilt at 300* for about 6 hours. Wrapped with some apple juice, butter and Maple bourbon glaze for the last hour and let rest for about an hour!

Quick and easy Salmon sheet pan dinner. Potatoes and asparagus tossed in olive oil in a good coating of SPG. Salmon finished with fat pad of Kerrygold USA herbed butter and lemon.
