Its a hot one today! The slag barge just got back from Brooklyn, now we're loading it for Port Everglades.

Second survey of the day. First one at 2am, second one at 11. Brought my replacement with me today. Finally getting caught up on my paperwork on the way home with Angella behind the wheel.

Two buckets full overloads a dump truck with this big Cat 980. Very cool machine, joystick controls, air ride seat, ac, Bluetooth stereo, backup camera, and the operator actually gets paid to play in this really cool toy.

Left the house 24 hours ago. 3 draft surveys on 2 ships later, I'm on my way home. Only about a 26 hour workday today by the time I get home.
