Had a great session this week with a client who asked a tough but honest question:

👉 “How do you deal with a supervisor who’s micromanaging and doesn’t really know how to lead the team?”

We’ve all seen it — and it’s not easy.
Do you have the conversation? Do you go higher up? Or just deal with it?

Here’s my take: You can have the conversation. You can escalate if needed. And you don’t have to tolerate toxic leadership.

The key is having a plan — and that’s what we built together. My client went into that meeting calm, prepared, and focused. No emotion, just facts. The result? Management listened, and change is happening.
