Was there ever a more perfect fall day for a wedding than today?🍂 I think not! Kyle & Kaitlyn celebrated their day at one of the most beautiful spots in the county and one that is meaningful to both of them. And selfishly, I LOVE shooting at Camp YoliJwa, and spending the day with this sweet couple that I've known forever (okay, technically I just met Kyle but he's getting grandfathered in with Kaitlyn!) brought more joy than I could imagine. Happy Wedding Day, Mr. & Mrs. Schaeffer!!💞

Nor’easter? No problem for Orie & Laurel who had the perfect space to celebrate their wedding! The rain and wind stopped just in time to catch some photos outside after the ceremony and the cows in the field were locked in. The day may have been gray outside, but it was all cheer and love and tons of energy on the dance floor on the inside: I was glad to be asked to be part of their day!

It was the very best day to celebrate Thomas and Renee! From the sweet little details (look at the sea otters with stars!🥰), to the sleeves and veil crafted from Italian lace that belonged to the bride's grandmother, everything about the day put a smile on my face. And the part that got me in my feelings the most? Learning that Thomas set up a savings account in high school when they very first started dating so that this day could become a reality. Ladies, find yourself a man this committed and you will be set. Best wishes to the brand new Mr. & Mrs. Mains - we were so honored to be part of your day! 💞

One of my favorite questions to ask my bridal couples is ‘where did you meet?’ Seldom, okay, never, do they tell me they were in the same kindergarten class. 🥹 We had a great full circle moment for Renee and Thomas’ engagement session back at the place where they got engaged. I’m so excited for their wedding this fall!

I am beyond excited for my beautiful niece who graduates (after just three years) from Messiah University tomorrow. She is all things smart, and funny, and beautiful and the world is a better place with her in it. Up next, Chatham University for a Masters in Sustainability!
