Meyers, 3rd generation born in San Diego, resides in Carlsbad with her husband Roger Meyers and their two daughters, Riley and Delanie. She grew up in Del Mar, attended Torrey Pines HS and graduated from SDSU in Finance. Nicole started M&M Telecom, Inc., a WBENC “Certified Woman-Owned Business”, in 2004. M&M provides consulting services to the wireless community such as A&T, Verizon and Sprint. As

a San Diego native, Nicole believes in empowering our city and its people. Coincidently all of her subcontractors are like-minded women who embrace her same business philosophy. “You are only as good as the folks you surround yourself with. I have a great team backing me up!” M&M has grown from 2 to 15 folks, 14 of them being woman. Nicole sets an example to her company and subcontractors that “San Diego is our home and we can make business work here.” Her favorite charities are Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warriors, Make a Wish and SDSU athletics.
