This page is designed to provide accurate information to tribal members, including updates on enrollment. The Kiowa Tribe Enrollment Office serves as a verification of enrollment and non-enrollment. Data entry and maintaining the membership roll. Enrollment verification, Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) letters, copies of family trees and other file-related documents, CDIB and tribal i

dentification cards, process membership applications and conditional relinquishment's, statistical reports, and distribution of elder payments. The Kiowa Enrollment Office also assists the Kiowa Election Commission for voter address updates, name changes, and provide listing for ballot vendor for every election.

🌿 HONORING TWO CHERISHED KIOWA ELDERS 🌿

The Kiowa Tribe Enrollment Office is honored to recognize and celebrate two remarkable members of our Kiowa family who hold a special place in our hearts and our history.

❤️ Chester Horse — our oldest living Kiowa male
❤️ Virginia Sahmaunt McGilbary — our oldest living Kiowa female

Their lives represent generations of Kiowa history, strength, resilience, traditions, family, and cultural knowledge. We are grateful for the many years they have shared with our people and for the legacy they continue to represent for generations to come.

The Enrollment Office proudly extends our deepest respect, honor, and appreciation to Chester Horse and Virginia Sahmaunt McGilbary. May we continue to cherish their stories, celebrate their lives, and honor the important place they hold within the Kiowa Tribe.

We're back! Page has been stagnant for a bit as we restucture the department. BUT ... I no longer have a canva expert 😩 so i'm asking for help and willing to pay a small fee that is fair for both. Request for Help: I am researching Anna Katy Tofpi (7/2/1897-1966) for a family member. I believe she attended the Rainy Mountain Boarding School. She was the 3rd child of Tof-pi & O-lant and may have been partially blind. Married 3 times to a Little Chief, Dauki & Geionety. Or was she married to a Kickingbird? (I may have that one wrong for sure) Where or what did she do after graduation? Place of employment? Did she make her "home place" in Carnegie? Is she buried in Cedar Creek? Any information would be great!

Kiowa Recognizing Kiowas, Kateri & Wyatt Dalby. Kateri has gone back to school early to train for Cross Country season. She is a sophomore at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawerence Kansas. Wyatt’s first day was today and he is a sophomore at Riverside Indian school in Anadarko, Oklahoma. They are the Grandchildren of Steve Quoetone and Ramona Bantista, and the children of Michael Dalby and Galela Quoetone Dalby.
