Position Overview:

Key contributor to the overall success of the company’s warehouse operations by completing a variety of tasks in support of shipping, receiving, inventory, order filling and product storage functions. May operate forklifts, handheld devices, pallet jacks, recycling machinery and other warehouse equipment. Role will be expected to meet department production targets both individually and as part of a team of employees dedicated to completing various tasks throughout the shift. Success in role will be influenced by ability to learn a variety of tasks and to keep pace in a busy work setting while working safely at all times.

Key Duties:
▪ Unload products from third party trailers within a targeted time period.
▪ Use handheld scanning devices to track inbound products and parts.
▪ Utilize pallet jacks and related non-motorized equipment to relocate full pallets of products to storage locations.
▪ Operate recycling consolidation equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
▪ Participate in physical inventory activities to include cycle counts to include completing related documentation.
▪ Physically lift and relocate products to various areas throughout the warehouse, as needed.
▪ Follow work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure successful completion of a high volume of work in a safe manner.

Requirements:
▪ Ability to individually lift products that weigh up to 40 lbs. ▪ Forklift certification
▪ Stand, bend, reach in enclosed shipping areas to load and unload products.
▪ Ability to learn to use basic technology tools and non-motorized warehousing equipment like pallet jacks.
▪ High school diploma or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
▪ Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines written in the English language.

Material Handler II

Forklift Operator

Position Overview:

Key contributor to meeting daily and weekly operational goals in support of multiple customer programs relating to product returns and the fulfillment of consumer sales of remanufactured products; Regular operation of forklift trucks and related material handling equipment to facilitate the movement of a wide range of parts and goods to support the processing of product returns and consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklift trucks and aerial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Fulfill multiple material movement assignments in an independent and expedient manner on a daily basis.
• Lift, assemble and physically transport parts and products to meet the needs of the assigned work cell.
• Work closely with other team members in fulfilling daily and weekly Operations goals.

Requirements:
• A minimum of six months of experience as a full-time forklift operator and material handler.
• Ability to work in a standing position and lift a variety of items weighing up to 40 lbs. utilizing proper lifting techniques on a regular basis throughout a standard work shift.

Repair Technician

Position Overview:
Diagnose appliance functional failures and lead a small team in component replacement for a large appliance work cell. Will be expected to meet daily and weekly production requirements; Role will require coaching of team members to ensure quality workmanship in performing repetitive repairs on equipment. Input repair data into computer systems to provide quality data to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Test and repair a variety of products according to defined work instructions including electrical and mechanical as needed to meet changing business demands.
• Diagnosis functional defects in assigned product categories at a component assembly level of complexity.
• Use test equipment to conduct functional and operational test for select products.
• Utilize computer applications to input data on repair tracking and testing.
• Maintain productivity to meet work cell performance standards for quality and quantity.
• Coach and train employees to meet customer quality standards within the work cell.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support general business operations.

• Prior work experience with mechanical or product assembly or repair.
• Ability to learn and resolve product repair issues by following repair instructions.

Team Leader

Position Overview:
Important team support role with a primary focus on team member work output and quality. Role will involve training of personnel to meet the requirements of the work unit. Providing ongoing guidance to immediate team members under the Team Leader’s responsibility. Position may require a combination of computer applications work, administrative tasks and physical labor to fulfill work cell functions; May work in multiple functional areas and utilize a variety of computer programs to complete tasks; Will perform additional tasks in the absence of the work unit manager.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Train and coach team members to meet job specifications and to follow work instructions.
▪ Perform all functions within assigned work cell to back-up absent employees, as needed.
▪ Communicate work cell activities and productivity goals.
▪ Successfully work with various department personnel to support work cell productivity.
▪ Identify and communicate safety risks within the work cell.
▪ Support managerial employee engagement activities.
▪ Monitor work quality and output levels in accordance with workmanship and performance standards to include specific product repair and return guidelines.
▪ Utilize various computer applications to enter and track operations-related data in an accurate and through manner.
▪ Perform administrative tasks to support work unit manager.
▪ Operate basic material handling equipment to move heavy loads, as needed.
▪ Produce basic reports on material inventory, shipping, receiving and recycling.

Requirements:
▪ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in specific work cell functions and skills (ie, soldering, forklift operations, product repair) is strongly preferred.
▪ Basic level of computer user proficiency; Excel experience a definite plus.
▪ Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular and ongoing basis
▪ Demonstrated success in training and coaching employees on work procedures.
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills.

Product Inspector

Position Overview:
Key Operations support function that requires a combination of product inspection, computer data entry and material handling in meeting processing targets in our busy Product Returns division; May be cross trained to help in multiple functional areas as needed. Will support teammates by working in various areas to help achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Physically inspect consumer products received from retail stores to determine if they meet manufacturer’s standards to repair or remanufacture.
▪ Perform basic data entry steps to update manufacturers online inventory records for returned merchandise.
▪ Operate basic material handling equipment to move pallet loads, as needed.
▪ Lift, handle and relocate consumer products weighing up to 35 pounds.
▪ Follow safety guidelines while performing various duties to support team performance targets.
