Unable to stand for long durations? No problem- chair exercises are still valuable to start. 💙

Our clients work hard and we know it can be tough to train. We help them work on skills that are not easy. Completing something scary typically has a positive outcome!

This is why we sign up for crazy and scary events. Trail race in Ida Grove, Moorehead Park; 17.6 miles! Long distance is not our top skill set 😆. A lot of lessons throughout that we know our clients experience too!

It's amazing what the body can do. Strength, endurance and mobility progress can happen in the older adult. We bring strength training to your door. Reach out with questions!

Why do we utilize a private pay structure for our service?

Typically insurance companies want to see progress. We are humans - and working with a population that has good days and bad days.

We are able to adjust sessions based on a current level while still having impact.

We have been with some clients for a year now! We may not have seen progress week by week. But month by month there have been changes.

It is an investment, yes. We bring our experience to every session, individualize each one and adjust as needed!
