SOUND HEALING:
One of the main objectives for providing a Sound Bath experience or Sound Healing session is to turn on the parasympathetic nervous system. This is our rest and digest state. It's the state that brings harmony and balance to our bodies and it creates the environment for our bodies to go into its own natural healing processes. We as facilitators are not "healers", but we are simply providing the opportunity for the body to go into its own natural healing state.
