It was so special to wake up this morning and learn that I have the honor of being named Greatest of the Grande 2026 Best Photographer! I honestly don’t even know if I have the right words to express how much this means to me.
To everyone who believed in me from day one, who trusted me with your memories when I was still figuring things out and probably had no business calling myself a professional photographer 😂, THANK YOU. To those who have stuck by my side year after year, continued to choose me, and allowed me to grow alongside your families, you will never know how much that means to me.
You’ve welcomed me into some of the most personal and meaningful moments of your lives. You’ve trusted me to capture your growing families, milestones, once in a lifetime moments, and all the beautiful little in-between moments you’ll want to relive forever. That is something I will never take for granted.
Somewhere along the way, my clients became so much more than clients. You became people I genuinely care about, families I’ve watched grow, and relationships I treasure deeply. Getting to see you year after year, celebrate your milestones, and document another chapter of your lives is one of the greatest gifts this job has given me!!

A PERSONAL UPDATE FROM EGAN EYES PHOTOGRAPHY 🤍

I wanted to take a moment to share an update with all of you, as I feel it’s important to be as open and honest as possible about what’s been going on.

On September 18th, I sustained a hip and back injury that has made my ability to work extremely difficult. Since then, I’ve seen several specialists and have been navigating appointments, testing, and treatment options. I was originally scheduled to have a procedure on the 19th, but it has since been moved to the 28th.
Unfortunately, I have not been cleared to return to work. Standing for extended periods, walking too much, squatting, and carrying my equipment are still extremely painful and uncomfortable. While I’m thankful to no longer be on crutches and to be able to put weight on my leg again, doing so is still a struggle. At this point, I simply cannot safely provide the experience and quality of session that each of you deserves.

This has been an incredibly difficult and overwhelming season. I haven’t been able to work for a month, and I’ve already had to reschedule many sessions. As a small business owner, being unable to do the work I love while navigating an uncertain recovery has been harder than I can put into words. I know rescheduling affects your plans, too, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

If you have a session coming up that may be affected, I will be personally reaching out to discuss rescheduling or refunding your retainer fee. If you have an upcoming session and would like to talk through your options, please never hesitate to message me. I want us to work together to make the best plan possible.

At this time, I unfortunately do not have a clear timeline for when I’ll be able to return. I’m taking things one Dr appointment at a time and doing my best to navigate this while allowing my body the time it needs to heal.

This is something I’ve really struggled with knowing how to handle. Photography is so much more than a job to me, and stepping away from it has not been easy. But I also know that showing up for my clients means being physically able to give them my very best, and right now, I’m not there yet.

One of my daughter’s teammates and a fellow member of our Casa Grande community experienced an unimaginable medical emergency last week during practice. She remains in the hospital awaiting heart surgery, and as you can imagine, this has been an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time for her and her family.

If you have the means to donate, I know any amount would be greatly appreciated and would help ease some of the burden this family is facing right now.

I know how strong and generous our community is, and I’m asking you all to come together and show this family some love and support during such a difficult time. Whether it’s through a donation, a prayer, a kind message, a meal, or simply sharing their story, every little bit means so much.

One of our CG Union students, Delilah, is facing an incredibly difficult and unexpected health crisis. At just 14 years old, this student-athlete is currently receiving care at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and preparing for heart surgery. Her family is by her side as they navigate the days ahead.

As a school community, we know that sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply show up and surround a family with love and support. ❤️

One of my favorite sessions of the year always! I was so worried today that we wouldn’t be able to shoot because of the weather but it ended up being one of the most beautiful evenings we’ve had in awhile and the clouds allowed us to shoot in spots that normally would have had much to harsh of light for the time of day we shot! Always have so much fun with these ladies and honored to come back year after year!

Made a special trip up to Sedona today to help these two celebrate their engagement! The sky was threatening us in the start but the sun came out and every direction we looked was stunning! These two have been together since middle school, and their love for each other was so evident! I absolutely loved capturing their love!❤️

I’m so excited for these two as they prepare to welcome their little one! We headed out to the river to capture this beautiful glowing mama before she meets her little one! She braved the heat with me and then we got a fun little visitor! Second time in two weeks I’ve seen a skunk at this location lol!!

There are some moments in life that make you stop, take a breath, and realize just how far you’ve come. ❤️
Being nominated as one of the Top 3 Photographers in Casa Grande for 2026 is one of those moments for me.
What started 16 years ago as a simple passion for photography has grown into something I could have never imagined. Egan Eyes Photography has become a business that I pour my heart, soul, time, and creativity into and I truly love what I get to do.

Growing up here in Casa Grande, I never pictured myself becoming a photographer. But life brought me back to the town that built me, and I’ve been incredibly fortunate to spend these years photographing the big and small moments of people I grew up with, as well as so many wonderful new faces along the way.
I truly value each and every one of my clients and feel so honored every time you trust me to document some of life’s most important, special, and meaningful moments.
